Infinity Ward has released today an emergency update patch for all Modern Warfare 3 players on Xbox 360. The 9MB patch is mandatory once you sign in to MW3 multiplayer and includes a number of fixes, which you may find below. The fix for the Spec Ops "de-rank" problem is not included in this patch, but Infinity Ward has confirmed that they are working to fix that issue as well.

Fix for the Out of Memory and Spec Ops issues related to latest Elite content
Fix to CMR mods , also known as Vault Mods for private match lobbies
