A number of gaming journalists were shown the Black Ops II’s multiplayer at the E3 Expo last week behind closed doors. And luckily due to a leak from this group we can now confirm that the Black Ops 2 mutiplayer is going to have a 10-point allocation system, which replaces the previous “Create a Class” slots.
Rather than having different slots for primary, secondary weapons and the like, you’re now assigned with ten points to utilize on primary weapons, secondary, grenades, attachments, miscellaneous equipment and perks, and all of these use up points.
As an example, having two primary weapons would use almost all of your allocation points and you would just have points for one remaining perk.
In addition to the new point system, new versions have been included with wager matches. One of which can be described as follows:
“Everyone starts with a machine pistol and 1 EMP grenade, you have to disable and hack drones to get more kills, only way to get more EMP grenades is to take them from another player.”
Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 is currently scheduled to launch on November 13th, 2012 and additionally we recently got confirmation of PS Vita and Wii U versions as well. Please follow us on Twitter and Facebook for all the latest Black Ops 2 news.
